The Govner already posted his recording, but I thought I'd put this out there for any of you completists that like to grab multiple sources of the same show. I thought the sound would have turned out a little thicker and almost messed with it to give it a little boost in the low end but decided to leave it alone. If somebody else wants to tweak the EQ, then go nuts, but I always hesitate since everybody has their own personal taste. This was taped from in front of the board on the GA floor, and the crowd around me was pretty well-behaved. The volume helped on that front.
This was only my second time seeing a show in Nashville which is a little farther than I typically go for shows. When the dates were announced I had a choice between this and Chicago and chose this one instead. We saw the Chicago show last year, but this time around they are playing outdoors at a venue that is a challenge both in pulling a good recording and having more obstructed views. Plus, I enjoy going to venues I've never been to before and prefer the arenas over amphitheaters. We got to meet up and hang out with The Govner and Dave_Jr, so that was a sweet bonus. Enjoy!
