Dunno, cos I weasn't there!!! I'm seeing this show over the weekend at High Voltage Festival (allbeit a shorter set) and I had another gig to go to last night, but wifey and daughter went so I asked them to record it - and they've not done a bad job at all!! Set everything running before they went out so I had to guess at volume levels -I'd erred on the side of caution so had to give it a boost in Sound Forge, but that's all I had to do with it. The left channel is slightly muffled for the first 30 minutes or so - nothing bad or anything but you willl notice the sound is a little cleaner from track 7 onwards - Seems like she held the mic instead of the body of the recorder!! Considering this was the first recording she'd ever made, I'd say she did a great job
As usual with big shows here, the sound is pretty nice - good FOH mix with plenty of punch at the bottom end and Slash's guitar sounds very good- as does Myles!!!
