This Was the last show of the band's first run at the Park Theater inside of the MGM Grand. Just before "Dream On" Steven is starts scatting what is thought to be parts of a few Muddy Water's tune, especially "Mannish Boy" (i.e. 'everything is gonna be alright this morning'). Joey Kramer was absent from this show for that the band is saying is a minor shoulder injury and his drum tech, John Douglas filled in for him at this show.

The majority of the recording is source from a Tascam DR-2, but the recorder's batteries ran out during the beginning of "Come Together". Luckily the same bootlegger was also recording the show with a Sony Cybershot, so the remainder of the show was seamlessly spliced in from the Cybershot's audio. There is a slight sound difference between the 2 sources with the Tascam having a better separation of the vocals and the lyrics. Due to the nature of the splice, the change is sound is so gradual that it is hard to notice.
