Karl has been known to travel around the west coast to record concerts, but this time he outdid himself and went all the way to Australia to follow Metallica and tape the Aussie leg of their tour.
Typical for Karl's analog recordings there were a lot of level changes throughout this show that have been repaired (he's like a little kid told not to touch something; just can't keep his hands off the level control), but the beginning is still distorted from being recorded too hot.
Although this was a DAT recording the cassette copy had a small break in the Justice Medley from a poorly executed tapeflip. It has been patched with Inglewood, CA 1/7/92.
