Recorded by me on the final day of the Download Festival. Luckily I checked my recorder during Doctor Doctor and realised my batteries were nearly out, so a quick change and I just got it running again in time for the intro.
I positioned myself underneath one of the speaker stacks that was alongside the sound and lighting tower in the venue. There is some crowd noise as it was absolutely packed for Maiden's set.
The weather and conditions at this years festival were horrendous and so theres some phasing at times due to the weather. All in all it was a really shitty experience at this years festival due to the weather, the arena conditions and general disorganisation.
