I arrived at the show about 10 minutes before curtain time. I was unfamiliar with the supporting act Tash Neal, so was very curious to hear and see them. They hit the stage right at 8:00 and put on a respectable show. There was about 25 minute intermission while the stage was reset. The light went out again at 8:55 when Slash and company took the stage while introductory music that sound much like the theme to the movie JAWS played. When the spotlights came on, there was Myles Kennedy wearing a JAWS movie t-shirt. They kicked things off with the rockin' tune "Driving Rain" then slipped into "My Antidote" followed by one of my favorites "Shots Fired" to which everyone sang along. As the night progressed, they played a large portion of the new release "4" which was fine by me as I've been cranking it for the past few weeks and really enjoying it. They also played several cover tunes and some old tunes from Slash's earlier days. One of the highlights is the 9 minutes Slash spend on what he called self-indulgent guitar shit during "World on Fire."
