Recorded from Section 102, Row 27, stealth. BankAtlantic Center is a cavernous hockey arena. It is hard to get a great recording here unless one is in direct line with the PA as it is a bit echoey and boomey. Though the tickets said show starts at 7:30, Slash took to the stage at 7:20 just as we were finding our seats. Rather than bother the folks in our row, I sat in the empty seats behind ours. During "Been There Lately" the rightful seat owners showed up and I took my proper seat. There is a bit of disturbance in the sound as I moved but it settles back in though slightly more muffled as I didn't have as clear of a "view". Slash and the band did a fine job of warming up the crowd for headliner Ozzy Osbourne playing for about an hour. Myles'vocals fit right in with the high energy set featuring Guns n Roses, Velvet Revolver and Slash solo material.
